By downloading or using Fibonacci Review, you agree to these terms. The app is intended for users aged 16 and older.

1. Licence to use

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app for lawful learning purposes. You must not interfere with or exploit the app without authorisation, distribute malware, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.

2. Accounts and data

Core features do not require sign-in. Google Sign-In is needed only for some optional online features. You are responsible for protecting your device, account and exported files. Cloud backup does not replace keeping your own copies of important data.

3. Premium, payment and cancellation

Some features, including backup and data import/export, may require Premium. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play before the next billing period.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the content you create and are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe the copyright or privacy of others.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Termination and changes

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may restrict access in cases of abuse or breach of these terms. These terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
